As part of QPAT-APEQ’s partnership with Starling Minds, we are pleased to offer all members and their families a confidential, online 4-week mental fitness challenge. We know that this time of year is particularly stressful for educators and that is why thousands of Canadian teachers and principals are using Starling minds to develop their mental fitness skills and build resiliency.
This 4-week challenge is tailored for you to help you to develop your mental fitness skills into lifelong healthy habits. No matter what you face in your life, these habits will increase your resilience and enjoyment. What long-term habits will you make?
The challenge starts on Monday April 02nd 2018 and is comprised of daily 10-minute online exercises, Monday to Friday. The challenge ends of Friday April 27th, 2018.
